York, Feb. 26 – Col. Joseph G. Wardlaw, 75, business manager of the Cannon Mills here, died today in a Rock Hill hospital.
He will be buried in Rosehill Cemetery tomorrow after a funeral service at the First Presbyterian Church.
Col. Wardlaw, former president of the York Cotton Mills, is survived by a son,  J.G. Wardlaw of Greenwood, S.C., and by a sister Withers Adickee of York.
