Prominent Bennettsville Business Man Succumbs to Pneumonia

Bennettsville, Oct. 28 – W. Clyde Adams died this morning at 8 o’clock pneumonia, following influenza.  He was sick one week.  Mr. Adams was a prominent business man and was president of the Union Savings Bank.  He was about 33 years old and is survived by his widow and two small children.  He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Adams of Adamsville, Marlboro County.  Mr. Adams was a splendid young man.
